İK Uygulaması Gizlilik

ad, soyad, kullanıcı adı, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, adres; TC kimlik numarası, doğum tarihi ve yeri, cinsiyet, medeni hâl, uyruk, anne ve baba adı, askerlik durumu, eğitim durumu, SGK ve vergi numarası, ehliyet bilgisi, çocuk sayısı. Bu bilgilerin çoğunu işvereninizin İK birimi girer.

first name, last name, username, email address, phone number, address; Turkish national ID number, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, mother's and father's names, military service status, education, social security and tax numbers, driving licence details, number of children. Most of this information is entered by your employer's HR department.

when you turn on phone notifications, the notification address provided by the browser and the device type are stored with your account so that notifications can be sent.

Uygulama ilk açılışta konum izni ister. Konumunuz yalnızca giriş-çıkış ya da saha kaydı için düğmeye bastığınızda veya kod okuttuğunuzda alınır. Sürekli takip yapılmaz, gün içindeki hareketleriniz izlenmez. Konum, işyerinin belirlenen çevresinde olup olmadığınızı doğrulamak ve kaydı oluşturmak için kullanılır; kaydı işvereninizin yetkili yöneticileri ve İK birimi görür. İzni vermeyebilirsiniz; uygulamanın diğer bölümleri çalışmaya devam eder. Ancak işvereniniz, giriş-çıkış kaydı için konum doğrulamasını zorunlu tutabilir.

The app asks for location permission when it is first opened. Your location is taken only when you tap the button to record a check-in/check-out or a field visit, or when you scan a code. There is no continuous tracking; your movements during the day are not monitored. Location is used to verify that you are within the defined area around the workplace and to create the record; the record is visible to your employer's authorised managers and HR department. You may refuse the permission; the rest of the app keeps working. However, your employer may require location verification for check-in/check-out records.

Onay, hatırlatma ve duyuruları telefonunuza göndermek için kullanılır. Telefonunuzun ayarlarından ya da uygulamadaki Telefon Bildirimleri sayfasından kapatabilirsiniz. Kapattığınızda o cihazın bildirim kaydı silinir.

Used to send approvals, reminders and announcements to your phone. You can turn them off in your phone's settings or on the Phone Notifications page in the app. When you turn them off, that device's notification record is deleted.

The camera and your files are accessed only when you choose to attach a photo or document, and only with your selection.

The service relies on providers working on behalf of PillarRise: servers and hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery (for example for onboarding documents), and browser notification services that deliver phone notifications (for example Google for Chrome). These providers process the data only for this service.
