Born in Eskişehir in 1983, İsa Özinan is married with three children. He graduated from Gazi University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, in 2005, and completed the TOBB University Mini MBA (2020) and Nişantaşı University MBA (2024) programs.
More than 12 years of his professional career were spent abroad (the Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Russia, Libya, etc.) at global companies, in senior positions and actively in the field at corporations such as Symmetric Holding, Eurasia Tunnel, GWS, Çimsa, ENKA and Bechtel.
Over a professional career spanning more than 25 years, he has held senior management roles across the energy, construction, software, hospitality and manufacturing sectors; specialized in strategic leadership, operational excellence and project management; and managed multimillion-dollar portfolios in national and international projects.
