A large share of resignations happens in the first months, and in most companies the HR software is opened only "when there's a transaction". PillarRise turns onboarding into a managed journey and the portal into a daily habit. In this segment, this layer is ours alone. Included in every package at no extra cost.
On the HR side we already had a legal checklist tracking SGK, KVKK and OHS. Now the same process also has an employee side: new hires find a start screen prepared for them in the portal.
It opens with your company's own welcome text. The steps HR defines (starting from a ready 5-item template) move forward with a progress bar and a prerequisite lock: the next step doesn't open until "Meet your team" is done. The employee completes the steps, and HR follows progress through badges on the process screen.
Assigned with a single field when the personnel record is created; the employee is notified, and the buddy's contact details are ready on their card. "Who can I ask?" is answered from day one. No one can be their own buddy; changes are made later on the process screen.
Short, emoji-rated, with automatic reminders. Deliberately not anonymous: if an early-leaving signal can't be linked to a person, nobody can act on it, and the employee is told this clearly on screen. A score of 2/5 or lower alerts HR immediately.
The model LinkedIn has proven: employees come to the portal every day for a reason, and while they're there they also check their leave balance, payslip and announcements. No content production needed: puzzles renew themselves every day and each has exactly one solution.
Companies that don't want it can switch off all games, or single ones, with one click; they disappear from the menu too.
Games have no reward, money or gift mechanism, and none will be added, so the bonus-or-gambling debate never starts. This is a written product decision.
Game data (score, time, streak) never goes into performance reviews. Architecturally, there is not a single data link between the two modules, and none will be built.
Survey answers are visible only to authorised HR; game results only to the employee. A low survey score doesn't go unnoticed, but only the people who need to see who wrote what can see it.
In a 30-minute demo we open the roadmap, the buddy card and the Daily Puzzle together through the eyes of a sample new hire. No slides.
